Selecting your plan

To activate your project, navigate to the top-right corner of your builder canvas and click the Dashboard button. From there, go to the Billing tab.

On this screen, you can select the plan you’d like to use for your project.

Upgrading/downgrading plans

To upgrade or downgrade your existing plan, navigate to the Dashboard tab and select Billing. On this screen, you’ll see your current plan details, including allowances and usage. On the left-hand side, you’ll find your plan name with the highlighted word “Change” click this to update your plan.

Cancelling your plan

To cancel your subscription, you can do so from any of the three tabs: Overview, Billing Details, or My Invoices.

At the bottom of each page, you'll see a large red button labelled Cancel Subscription.

Note: If you have any active add-ons, these will be automatically cancelled too.

Managing Add ons

Add-ons are a great way to unlock more features and scale your work, whether you're building your own project or taking on more clients.

If it’s more clients… congrats! 🎉

On the right side of your billing panel, you'll see all available add-ons — from adding more funnels to unlocking unlimited communities. Simply select the add-on you need, and you're good to go.

Note: Add-ons are billed monthly, even if you're on an annual subscription plan for your main project.

How does the free trial work?

After the 14 days is up, we simply restrict the live access. So the site won't be publicly live. You'll still be able to edit everything and continue to build "even if it takes you weeks". Then once you're ready, sign up to one of our paid plans directly in your builder dashboard.

How long are your contracts?

We don't believe in locking people into a long-term contract, so we allow you to just pay each month and leave anytime.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only available for yearly subscriptions and must be requested within 14 days of the subscription purchase date.

If a refund is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable transfer or processing fees will be the responsibility of the user.

Refunds are not applicable for Combo Deals or Exclusive Deals (such as offers, custom design and development services).
