Create Client Projects

In this article you'll learn how to create client projects within your main project area.

Create a New Client Project

Within your dashboard, inside the main project area, you'll be able to create a new client website, a funnel, or even an entire ecosystem consisting of a website with multiple attached funnels.

For example, you could create a client project that includes:

  • 1 website, 10 funnels, an eCommerce store, email and automations, plus communities and courses

  • 1 website with an eCommerce store

  • A funnel with unlimited courses housed within a community

It's entirely up to you what you want to create for your client.

To create a new project, select the 'My Projects' tab at the top left side of your dashboard. Once selected you will see all website and funnels in your account.

In this screen you can either create a website or funnel, by selecting the Create New buttons, whether that be for a funnel or a website. If your client on requires a funnel, select funnel. From here you will be prompted to select a template, or if you already have an existing template you can simply duplicate it.

Below, we have gone ahead and created a new website. Here you will see the new website 'Client One' has been added to your 'Main Project Area'

From here, you can begin editing your client’s website. If your client requires a funnel, simply return to the ‘My Projects’ tab and select Funnel > Create New Funnel.

After choosing a template, you can add the funnel to your client’s website. To do this, go back to the ‘My Projects’ tab, locate the funnel you just created, and click the Settings cog. Then select ‘Move to Website in This Project’.

Once selected, you will see all websites in your project to allocate this funnel to: So for this example we will select The Client One Project:

Now that funnel will automatically be added to this clients website.

You will now see when viewing in the My Projects tab, the Funnel name change as it is now a part of the website, as shown below.

From here, if you want to grant access to any part of the client’s website or funnel, you can set up admin access within the Admins dashboard. Make sure you select the correct project you want to give the client access to, configure the appropriate access rights, and send an invite email directly from the dashboard.

Note: Make sure to select the correct project by clicking the CHANGE link. Then, configure which parts of the project you want to grant access to, and send the email invite.
